Cretan Dakos
INGREDIENTS
- 4 paksimadi kritharenio (Cretan Rusk Bread)
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1/4 kg. mizithra cheese
- Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil ABEA
- Oregano
IMPLEMENTATION
Sprinkle the paksimadia with water and pour over each a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil ABEA. Grate the fresh tomato on top and at the end add the salt, oregano and fresh mizithra.
