Yellow Pumpkin Pie with Bran, Feta cheese, Yoghurt and Pumpkin seed
INGREDIENTS
- 200 gr Cereal – Wheat Bran MILLS OF CRETE
- 100 gr Semolina Coarse MILLS OF CRETE
- 100 gr yellow pumpkin chopped in large pieces
- 1 L Cow Milk VERO CRETAN
- 200 gr feta cheese (soft)
- 200 gr grated graviera cheese
- 200 gr Strained Yogurt VERO CRETAN
- 4 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- 100 gr Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil ABEA
- 4 tablespoons pumpkin seed
IMPLEMENTATION
I whip the eggs in a large bowl. I add milk, yoghurt and olive oil and I homogenize. Then I add the pumpkin, and the cheese, I stir well and I add semolina and bran, then I add salt and pepper. Then I place the mixture on a non-stick baking pan or in a refractory clay pot, I sprinkle with the pumpkin seed. I cook in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes until my pie turns brown.
